Day of Event
• 1 hour initial consultation
• 1 consultation to finalize details and plan timeline
• 8 hours of day coordination
• Oversight and assistance with timelines on your wedding day/reception
• Coordination and direction of all wedding day events
• Coordination of all receptions events for example: first dance, cutting cake, tossing the bouquet, etc
• Assist with set-up of personal items for ceremony and reception
• Act as a liaison between all involved parties
• Vendor confirmation
• Coordination with the band/DJ to establish flow of reception
• Coordinate of pre and post ceremony photo sessions
• Direction of guest to receiving line as well as reception location
• Assist with transportation of personal items from ceremony to reception
• Presentation of wedding day gifts to the bride and groom, parents
• Collection of gifts, personal items at end of night and give to your designated person
• Settle any gratuities
This package includes all of the Day of Coordination package plus:
• Development and management of wedding budget and timeline etc.
• Act as a liaison with vendors, family, bridal party, musicians and more
• Constant communication via phone and email/text throughout process
• Design and assist with the layout of your wedding ceremony and
• Provide checklist and worksheets as needed (budget sheets, guest list
• Assistance with booking all vendors and oversight of contracts
(photographer, florist, hotels, transportation etc.)
• Send out publication such as personal engagement announcements and save the dates
• Assist with invitation selection and mailing of invitation and RSVP’s for ceremony and reception
• Confirmation and coordination with vendors for arrival times, set-up and final payments
