Terms and Conditions
Reservations
All prices are in USD
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in our vehicle.
We encourage you to reserve at least 72 hours in advance of your trip. Last minute reservations (within 24h) may be possible but are not guaranteed.
We require a major credit card for all reservations (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover)
We require a down payment of 50% for all reservations at the time of booking.
Balances to be paid 7 days before the beginning of the run.
Transportation is available 24/7
Minimum booking hours for the Sprinter is 3 hours.
Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible for cancellations or changes.
20% of the total will be kept as a non refundable deposit if you cancel
No refunds for cancellations with less than 48h before the trip but your reservation can be transferred to another date for no additional charges.
In case of extreme weather conditions, or "Act of God", we may experience delays or cancellations. Should this happen, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Damages/Liability
The clients assume full financial liability for any damage caused by them or any members of their party to the vehicle during their tour or trip time. Fees starting at $250 apply.
The driver has the right to terminate any trip without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).
We cannot be held responsible for delays or trip termination due to weather, traffic, or unsafe road conditions (acts of nature, accidents and so on.)
Car seats
We do not have any car seats available for young children. Please be prepared to travel with your own, or let us know ahead of time so we can arrange a car seat rental for you.
Alcohol
By law, Alcohol is strictly PROHIBITED in standard vehicles without a divider/partition between the passengers and the driver. No alcohol consumption of any kind will be permitted in the vehicle. If you need to travel with alcohol, it must be sealed in it's original container and concealed.
